The foundation of Resilify’s offerings includes established treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Users can engage with these comprehensive resources wherever and whenever they require support.

Additionally, Resilify seamlessly integrates with Apple’s HealthKit, allowing users to log their meditation minutes, thereby contributing to a holistic approach to mindfulness.

Subscription Information:

 <li>Payment will be charged to the iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.</li>
 <li>Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.</li>
 <li>The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, detailing the renewal cost.</li>
 <li>Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through their Account Settings after purchase.</li>
 <li>Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon subscription purchase, where applicable.</li>
